The Corn Exchange

This is the Corn Exchange in Leeds, where I went this last weekend. It was designed by Cuthbert Broderick, and opened in 1864. Back in the day it was where trade occurred - in commodities, presumably, like corn! Nowadays, with the internet, a physical trading location does not seem necessary. All I need is a laptop!
These days it is home to a number of niche shops and boutiques and food outlets. You can visit the website here.
Most asset classes are currently heading south on their graphs, and I am happy to out of them, and to be in cash. However, one asset class is going rapidly up in price, and has generated a BUY signal. You can find out which one, by watching this short video:
