I'm exiting my property fund for a 35% profit!

There has been a big downward move for my property fund this past week. It closed below the green line, which is my 'line in the sand' decision line about holding or selling. I shall be selling on Monday and liquidating this investment. Time to get out. 

This has been a very profitable investment during the 18 months that I have held it. It has given me approx a 35% return during that time, as well as an annual yield of approximately 3%. Not a bad deal.

Anyway, I will be out of the investment on Monday and shall then watch and wait. The challenge will be if there is a bit of a 'bounce' of the price and if it rises above the green line the following week. I hope it doesn't!
