Buying into London business
My trade this week is to buy Workspace Group a leading provider of commercial office and industrial space in London. Although I have in recent times been a property bear, the graph of this share price is compelling:
My concern is that this trend has been going well for the past 2.5 yrs - is it peaking? Of course, I don't know. My only consolation is that the trend has not been parabolic, in which case I would pass it by. High prices can go higher.... I will set my stop just below the ma50, and see what happens as the months go by.
